I am a Family Nurse Practitioner at Hayes Weight Loss Clinic & Spa. After 11 years of hospital experience, I graduated from University of Texas at Arlington in 2019 with my Master's degree. I have always struggled with weight loss and gain. Personally, with as many kids as we have I struggle staying on track. I have learned different ways of eating out and still staying on track.
