In 1990, SAVE6 was built off of an initial TV ad for an FSBO advertising service, seen by our CEO Larry Lessin. Once he laid eyes on that ad, the rest was history. Larry started with an initial investment of $1000, and 30 years later, that was the best $1000 he ever spent. For the next few years to come, he published For Sale By Owner magazines, featured on news channels, and gained clientele, all while being a new real estate agent in a new market. As publicity grew, so did SAVE6. Home sellers began asking if he could list their home on the MLS as a FSBO. Larry knew this is what his business needed to reach new heights, so he charged a flat fee to list the seller’s houses, and enabled the seller to save thousands of dollars in real estate commissions.

Fast-forward to present day, and 80% of our customers are repeat customers or referrals. In addition to that, we have tons of real estate investors who sell between 2 to 20 houses a year through us.
