T-Top Roofing

T- Top Roofing is a family owned business located in Mesa, Arizona. The company was established by myself, Craig Nelson, in 2001. I am an Arizona native and have been involved in the roofing business since 1999.

At T-Top Roofing, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship, superior products, and great warranties. We are a member of the National Federal Small Business Association (NFIB), and a member of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA).

Shingles: a roof covering consisting of individual overlapping elements. Shingles are laid from the bottom edge of each row overlapping the previous row by about half its length. At the roof ridge, there was a cap consisting of copper or lead sheeting which has been substituted by shingles with a PVC underlay.

Tile: provides the security of a long lasting, extremely durable roofing system. It is an environmentally friendly option and has proven longevity, even in the Arizona sun. Concrete tile gives a distinct and unique look and comes in a variety of shapes and colors.

Metal: provides security of a long lasting, durable, environmentally friendly option, even in the Arizona sun.

Re-Coatings: provide a seamless, durable membrane. It also provides excellent UV protection for polyurethane foam. It has a heat reflective coating that helps reduce cooling costs.

Modified Bitumen: is typically composed of fiberglass, polyester, or fiberglass/polyester composite, or encapsulated in polymer modified asphalt of varying weights.

Foam: has been used as a roofing and insulation material for over 40 years. Foam expands, filling cracks, crevices and voids. It is dependable, long lasting, and very affordable.

Single Ply: eliminates conventional adhesives (and the volatile organic compounds contained in them) that can cause safety and environmental issues. You have a choice of fully self-adhered (with 10 year manufacturer's guarantee) or self-adhered with heat-welded seams (with 15 year manufacturer's guarantee).
