Reservations: Appointments Please provide credit card or gift card information when scheduling your appointment. Cancellation Policy - Time is a non-renewable commodity. We require at least 24 hours of cancellation for single services and 72 hours (3 days) for retreats or multiple services, or 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the appointment. All services are reserved with a credit card. No shows are charged 100% of the service fee. Parties require a 50% non-refundable
