This company is a huge ripoff machine. They were one of 3 bids for a complete furnace and ducting installation. Although their bid was $2500 higher than the other 2 I chose it because Ryan McAlister, the owner, told me he would use low profile technology (we have a low ceiling in the basement) and run supplies and returns to every room. Imagine my surprise when I come home to find a huge 20" x 14" hole in my living room floor! He had changed the scope of work from individual returns to a central return without my permission. In the basement was another surprise. He had used these huge ducts that most people have to duck under when going through my finished basement. In addition they were horrible about returning calls and showing up when they said they would. They also screwed up in the kitchen costing me another $100. But of course they wouldn't even discuss a refund. These people were a nightmare. Avoid them like the plague!
