Nick of Congressional was very knowledge and took the time to explain which type of a/c my home needed. We will probably need a new furnace in 5 years so he made sure the a/c we bought now would work well with the new furnace as well. I really appreciated how fast they were able to get it installed as well. The work crew worked well relocated the new unit for us since the builder had the original unit right under the dyer vent and lint was the problem. I highly recommend Congressional HVAC. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. I ask plan on using them for or annual maintenance.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our furnace broke down in the middle of June and they were able to come within 24 hour to replace it. My heater wasn't working this morning. My house was so cold in rainy day. I found Congressional HVAC after read all the great reviews online. Kevin arrived precisely on time after I called him. Then he checked my heater and found out the problem within two minutes. And then he figured out how to fix it, also he explained what's wrong with my heater. They gave me a reasonable price. We will definitely call him again if we have any friends who want their heaters fixed.

I had a great experience working with Congressional HVAC. I called the emergency number and they came out over a holiday weekend after hours with no issues. When the staff arrived, they were able to fix the issue with no problem. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Awesome company. I have used them before. They offer first class service. The gentleman who came out was extremely polite and professional. He did more work than was expected and did not charge me more. I also really like that when he came upon something he was unsure about he called a mentor to make sure he was doing the job correctly. Other crews would just ignore problems that are beyond them and screw things up even more. Highly recommended.

Recently I had my Heating & Air Conditioning installed by Congressional and I am glad I made this choice. I was very impressed with the installer, they were very professional, excellent and efficient, they stayed very late in the day until every detail was attended and finished. Now the system is up and running. Overall, we are happy with the decision to have Congressional installed. The quote was very competitive compared to other companies. Apat from the technician people in the office were very helpful in getting my rebate. I would highly recommend them.

When I had a problem with my airconditioner Congressional HVAC was the one that fix it for me and they made an excellent service.

Nick was great, they called us back first thing in the morning and was able to come 30 minutes later to check my AC. He was so diligent in doing his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he did it fast. He said we’ll need a new damper and was able to get the new replacement. The crew was able to complete the job the same day. They will definitely be the first ones we’ll call if we need work done on our AC again.

This company is really the best. I called a few companies to give estimates and Congressional was our choice. Nick from Congressional came out to give an estimates and he really knew what he was talking about; explaining in detail all the work that needed to be done. They were very patient in explaining to an old man like the details. They have very professional and polite crew. I would recommend this to everyone that needs help with their furnace.

The staff did excellent work. We have tons of blown in insulation from many years ago and somehow they installed the ducting and vents and kept our house clean. The inspection went very well and if you have experience with the City of Long Beach you know how tight the standards are to meet. The unit choose is very quiet and has good airflow. Here is one warning: They are also always on time; if you have a meeting with them expect them to be 20 minutes early.

Congressional HVAC were very quick, they know what they are doing and very knowledgeable with the things that they do. I have seek their service for 2 years now and they never fail me. They always have excellent services

They were quick and answered all my questions and gave me options and a recommendation. I did ultimately go against their recommendation because the fan decided it no longer wants to be noisy, so I didn't see the need to replace that, so it was just a Freon recharge which brought my AC back to normal. I also was left with an updated knowledge of the changes (new units don't use Freon and sales of Freon are banned in 2020) and products available so when I need to replace my AC, I can do it confidently.

I called Congressional last week to have my AC checked, Nick came on time and explained very well the problem with our AC and the process that he will be going to do. Thanks to Nick my AC wa working great now!

I was looking for a good A/c last week, and saw Congressional site so have called them. They are prompt and quick in installing the A/C system. I will call them again next month for the maintenance.

I am very pleased with the service of Congressional; they are very efficient in diagnosing the problem with our duct system. I am very grateful and impressed with how responsive they were the time that I have called for an appointment, and ask for suggestion regarding with our problem with our duct system.

I had used other Heating and AC service company in the past, but they couldn't fix my system completely, its always the same issue that occurs after a while. It was Congressional that was able to fix it, it seemed the first AC service company had in fact misdiagnosed the problem. I'll always rely now on Congressional's excellent service.
