As the Founder, President and CEO of Northwest CrossFit, Jake is incredibly proud of the success that NWCF has had in helping thousands of individuals strive toward meeting their fitness goals.  Jake's background as a Master Coach in TaeKwonDo and a kinesiologist has given NWCF a unique perspective that has helped so many individuals overcome many physical limitations.  Jake works with numerous individuals on a 1-on-1 basis and has had particular success working with those that suffer from back pain.  Jake is a CrossFit Level 1 certificate holder as well as holder of numerous other certifications.  He is proud of the world class coaching staff that has been assembled at NWCF and looks forward to continued success in bringing a strong fitness community to the Northwest.
