We factor in location, rent budget, and other housing needs when obtaining your approval. We offer what is known as a Tenant's ID Number, which essentially restricts the property manager or landlord from viewing derogatory items on our client’s credit report or documented past rental history. Minimum Standard Requirements: • Must have provable income that of 3 times the rent required. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
