My experience was great from the time that I called to make my appointment until I spoke with the doctor after our dog’s appointment. Anne was so friendly and helpful. Then after our appointment (still not going in due to pandemic, they have limited employees so they are being extra careful. Which I completely understand!) Dr. Metzger took the time on the phone to go over everything with me and answer all my questions. I wish I had found this vet sooner!! I didn’t feel like a number and I could tell it was about the care of my dog and not the money. The doctor gave me different options of how we could handle the issue with my dog since money is a concern for me. I should also mention the tech that came out to get Smitty was very patient and gentle. Smitty loved everyone there. I highly recommend this vet for so many reasons!!
