How do we enter the YogaSpa?

Entrance is on the far right side of the building when you are facing the front. Please enter from the outside staircase. When you see the large vertical Effervescence YogaSpa sign on the staircase, you are in the right place!

What is the 90 Day Wellness Program?

Our 90 Day Wellness Program is a structured personalized program that works to relieve pain from injury, overuse, or repetitive motion syndrome. You will receive two sessions each per month for 90 days of Private Yoga, One Hour Massage, and Embodiment Coaching. This program is perfect for our friends that desire to learn specific tools for pain relief and create flexibility in their body.

What Memberships do you offer?

We offer two membership option for those that desire Unlimited class options, first is our Effervescence Elite which includes Unlimited Classes in studio, on Zoom, and within our 24/7 Classes On Demand Platform each month. Our second option is our Effervescence Elite Plus which includes everything from Effervescence Elite and a One Hour Massage each month. For our friends that enjoy less than two classes a week, we recommend our Tier 1 Membership which includes 5 classes per month. We do have a 10 class pass option for our friends who practice infrequently.

Do you offer free classes for new clients?

At this time we offer a 21 Day Unlimited Class Trial for $59 for new clients. This helps create a schedule that works for you so that you can get a true feeling of how to include a weekly practice into your life. One class alone would not offer this option for you.

What does a YIN class involve?

Yin Yoga involves longer held yoga poses that are mostly practiced on the floor. You may at times use a wall and props as well. This class is wonderful for our friends who run or would like to add more flexibility to their bodies.

When it comes to yoga, do I have to be flexible in order to practice?

The answer is no. Yoga creates flexibility the more we practice. For those of our friends who are uber flexible, I would personally recommend that they enjoy our strengthening classes such as our Flow classes and Pilates Class.
