10/04/2009 Anonymous Happy Customer Darren Delafield represented me 4 yrs ago. My bankrupcy was discharged, his fees were resasonable and his staff is professional. I have needed to call twice since my bankrupcy regarding one creditor that was continuing to harass me with bills. His paralegal promised to take care of it and told me what I should do if I continued to get letters. The second call was when my mortgage co was not reporting to the credit bureau. Darren assisted me on how to handle this. I found him to be very professional in court and if I had other issues I feel confident that I could speak with him or his staff for assistance.

07/12/2006 DLP Service that takes the worry away!: My husband and I (like so many others I know) put off for years preparing our Last Will and Testament. We also were in bad need of Medical Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney so we could be taken care of now that we were in our "70's" and in bad health. Mr. Delafield was recommended to us . Since we had noone to handle our legal affairs we engaged his services. He had a small downtown office that was easy to find. We were welcomed to his office by a friendly staff that we found to be very helpful . When we met Mr. Delafield we found him to be very friendly and after explaining our concerns and discussing with him our needs he gave us some excellent advise and "food for thought" that helped us make our final decisions. We were impressed by the fact that he did not try to persuade us to change our minds or alter our wishes for our legacy to our family. He was most helpful in advising us on our Medical Power of Attorneys and gave us excellent guidance in this matter that is so important when you are not able to take care of things yourself. We were so pleased when we read our final documents. Mr. Delafield and his office staff did an excellent job in preparing our legal documents. We found them to be very efficient and eager to be sure that we were l00% satisfied that these documents represented our personal wishes for our loved ones. We recommend Mr. Delafield to all our friends who need legal assistance.
